Add a customer
These are the fields your signup form collects. New accounts start on
trial automatically — you flip them to active yourself once they've paid
and the account looks legitimate. That manual step is the gate.
Choosing Family provisions the whole account server-side — plan caps, the first
kid group, its policy and its enrollment code — and hands you the code to pass on.
A family trial lapses to suspended on its own the night it runs out.
Customers
Click a customer for their contact details and address. Click a tile above, or use the filters, to narrow a long list. Status is the paywall: trial and active accounts work; a suspended account stops getting rule updates; cancelled is the same block, kept apart so churn doesn't read as a billing problem.
Email log
These emails are really delivered — this is the live send log, and each row carries its delivery status. A new login's password is readable here only in the short window before the email goes out; once it's sent, the stored copy no longer contains the password. Copy it at creation time if you need it. Click a row to see the full email.
