How this works
Every enrolled Chromebook can only visit the websites you approve. Students can ask for a new site from the blocked page — their teacher approves or denies those in the classroom view. Devices check for your changes every few minutes.
Not allowed — your school's standard
These outrank everyone. A teacher cannot allow one of these for their class, a student request for one auto-fails, and a timed pass will not open it. A check means blocked: Whole school blocks everyone; untick a single grade to make an exception (Spotify for High School only — the younger grades stay blocked). Subdomains are included automatically.
Allowed by teachers
Everything not allowed is blocked by default. Teachers open up the sites their classes need — from their classroom view or by approving student requests. This is your window into all of it: revoke anything, or escalate it onto the blocked standard above.

Google search
Off = Google is blocked like any other site. On = students can search, with Google SafeSearch forced on every query.
Class-hours schedule
Teachers set their own class hours in the classroom view — this is a read-only monitor of what this grade level currently has.
Teachers
A teacher only sees the Chromebooks you give them, and signs in at the classroom view — not here. Open a teacher to see their username, email and seats.

Enroll new Chromebooks
Generate a code, then type it once into the Computer Hall Pass extension on each Chromebook. The code ties the device to this grade level. It carries no student information.

Grade levels & codes
Every grade on this campus, with its computers, its teacher, and its enrollment code. Send a code to the grade's teacher so they can type it into the Chromebooks.

Flagged searches
A search matched a category worth a conversation with a guardian. The words the student typed are never sent to us and are never stored — the Chromebook checks the search against a keyword list on the device itself and reports one word back. What you see below is all there is.

Blocked attempts
Domains only — never full web addresses or search terms, and never tied to a named student. Logs are deleted automatically per your retention setting.
“Delete all records now” clears this school's activity logs, flagged searches and site requests — everything privacy.html promises. It cannot be undone.
